Z5 Compact speaker volume dropping

Please can somebody help me? My Z5 compact while receiveing a call has very loud ringtone volume only for about 1 second, than it drops by around 60%... The same issue occurs while listening to music on speakers, it is loud for 1 second than volume drops... It is not caused by any setting I think. Please help

How to force calibration

Hi to all,
I do have the same issue.
I tried to reset, downgrade and upgrade but nothing worked.
But than I found the solution , actually it's the software which trues to balance the volume of both the speaker and it takes around 2 to 3 days.

So what I did.
I reset the phone
Tested using device menu. Problem exists
Put the phone on charging till its charges 100%. Test againg with service menu. Problem exists
Restarted the phone
And now both the speaker are balanced.

I tried this 5 times after resetting the phone and every time it worked.

Conclusion: after you reset the phone you have the same issue every time than you just need to follow the above steps.

Its a know issue.

Hi there. i have the same problem of higher volume of top speak on z5c.

So, all u did is just to charge ur phone to100% of battery ,and reboot it ? 

Do u think ur speaker is completely normal now ?  Or the fact is that the top speaker plays more bass ,and the bottom one plays treble , but more balanced than before ? Hope u can answer to this .   🙂
