Please can somebody help me? My Z5 compact while receiveing a call has very loud ringtone volume only for about 1 second, than it drops by around 60%... The same issue occurs while listening to music on speakers, it is loud for 1 second than volume drops... It is not caused by any setting I think. Please help
Guys i dont know if you alos experiencing this problem i ust bought me a Sony Z5 , but the incoming calls are so soft i can never hear my phone. The notifcation and music sounds is perfect its just the incoming call???
PLEASE HELP! is there a app i can download or something please?
Thank you
I was having similar issue but it was about speaker mode during making the calls.. volume of speaker was very low on speaker mode, but later it just got back to normal itself.. And I got below information from Rickard on this forum again that some calibration in background goes on and sound gets back to normal after a while... may be your situation is related,

I've got some more information about this and when the loudspeaker volume decreases after about one second, this may be caused by “Smart amplifier calibration”, a Sony Mobile protection system for speaker playback to prevent damages to the speakers. The system needs a calibration when you reboot your device the first time. This is why the received voice on the speakerphone appears to be unstable. The calibration takes about 45 minutes. It runs automatically in the background and doesn't affect the audio for normal phone calls.
for my z5 dual, music and video playback sound is good but ringtone volume is really poor...

when I put it on speaker mode during a call, volume of the sound dramatically gets lower in 1 sec and it is not possible to hear from distance..
