Z5 Compact speaker volume dropping

Please can somebody help me? My Z5 compact while receiveing a call has very loud ringtone volume only for about 1 second, than it drops by around 60%... The same issue occurs while listening to music on speakers, it is loud for 1 second than volume drops... It is not caused by any setting I think. Please help

Which music app are you using? Do you experience the same issue while on safe mode?

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

I'm using standard music app, but does it matter? My speaker volume drops even when I play ringtone in settings. As I said, the volume of the ringtone is normal for less then 1 second, then it drops significantly

I made repairs with PC companion, sill nothing : (( Can it be the problem with the speakers? This is brand new phone : (

It is strange, but this issue resolved itself in the morning. I did nothing really despite watching Youtube for 1 hour before going to sleep. In the morning it's been all good : )
