Tipo touchscreen problem

I got my tipo on 22nd September. But only today i noticed that the drag or hold on the touchscreen never works! Be it for deleting home screen icons or the design unlocker thing. Is this a common problem. Also i am from kolkata,India.And it seems like no sony service centera are in my city. What to do?

• @ironedip: I gave my Tipo to the sony service center due to touch problem. they said my set has this problem due to hardware defects of touchpad and they are taking too long to repair my phone(a month has passed and still status is pending). By seeing their service condition it might take them 2-3 more months or maybe they are not even gonna do it at all. Should I take my phone back and give this calibrator a try???

It works on my tipo. There is an .apk file inside pack. Just copy to phone --> Install --> calibrate --> uninstall the program --> done.

I just went to get my phone vodafone with the apk you uploaded irondip worked perfect in 5 seconds ..... thank you very much! Now if that goes well the phone!! and once again Sony is incompetent we have to fix this users ....

They are only to tell us to take the phone to sony not to offer solutions but what have you done your otti well you get a hole in the staff you've earned it! seriously thank you very much! :))))

Make a post published the solution of the problem because it really works simply install the apk with astro manager put the phone on a flat surface and works perfect .....! do the post!
