Tipo touchscreen problem

I got my tipo on 22nd September. But only today i noticed that the drag or hold on the touchscreen never works! Be it for deleting home screen icons or the design unlocker thing. Is this a common problem. Also i am from kolkata,India.And it seems like no sony service centera are in my city. What to do?

tomorrow my mobile hanged and bottem key's or back/option/home not work.......

i done factory setting reset but no solve this problem ....

after all of this i go to sony service centre they say  ....3000 INR charge for repairing .....and tipo's now price is 6000....

what can i do now.....reply me fast
