Z3+ Stopped Auto Rotating

Just over a week old, and this new Z3+ has stopped autorotating, tried all settings including factory reset,but nothing seems working. Very annoyed with Sony....any suggestion on how to fix it? Or do I need to take it to Sony authorised service!!!!

Go to Settings -> About phone -> Diagnostics -> Test -> perform a Gyroscope test. If it fails, restart your phone in safe mode and see if it still fails and report back.

Have you tried performing a diagnostics test on the device?

Try testing the Gyroscope to see if the same issue occurs.

Had the same problem, did a hard reset, and it's working again
If doesn't work reset the phone from settings

Thx, did the same and it's working! But my question to Sony is why in the first place such issues occur, how do I trust Sony phone in the long run?
