Screen touch problem

You can see in this screenshot that i can't clear display because of the screen touch is not working properly

I have the same problem, but with a vertical line about 1cm. It's a software problem because before the last update of android it didn't happen. Please, tell us a solution.

O meu telefone está com o mesmo problema, a barra de cima não desce de jeito nenhum e não sei qual o problema disso. Ele está na garantia e nada do suporte me responder. 

My phone has the same problem, the top bar does not go down at all and I do not know what the problem is. He's under warranty and nothing from the support will respond.
