Здравствуйте. Тоже проблема с НОВЫМ телефоном Sony XZ F8331. При подключении к ПК, Windows 7 64bit, пишет нет подключения телефона. Кабель шёл в комплекте к телефону, зарядка есть. Передача данных на ПК -нет. В телефоне: настройках/usb/включить передачу данных/© - результата нет. Программа  Sony резервного копирования -"нет подключения телефона". Какие ещё есть варианты, может кабель заменить?
