Z3 Lollipop update breaks Mirrorlink

Hi,

Since updating from 4.4.4 to 5.0.2, mirror link has stopped working with my Pioneer headunit. Is the Z3 still certified with 5.0.2 update?

It worked perfectly with 4.4.4. I have a Pioneer AVH-X2700BS unit (certified with mirrorlink 1.1).

My head unit keeps telling me to reset the smart device setting.

I've now rolled back to 4.4.4 until a fix comes about

Same problem with a z2 and pioneer sphda110. Has anyone heard anything from Sony with a solution

I've had a message from a Sony support person, they have asked for more details, firmware versions, build nos etc. He has passed it on to the tech people. He said he would post any future info in this thread.

I have the same Problem with my Sony Z3 compact (Build-Nr. 23.1.A.0.690) and my Sony XAV-601BT headunit (Firmware JR08_xav_1.13.003).

Only works (4.4.2 / 14.3.A.0.761) for now as only solution use MultiRom

Unlocking boot loader will make ur device's drm keys unavailable permanently..And it will effect working of Bravia engine, screen mirror, and mirrorlink and on some sets even camera.
