xperia z2 water damged

My experia z2 drag into the water i have turned on it after 1 day the screen is damged shoing scrathes and bubbles else,it is working properly but not clear 

Please tell me the sloutions

I'm sorry to say this but that's a hardware issue, you will have to contact your Local support to get it repaired.
