Xperia T Jelly Bean Problems

I have just recently updated my sony xperia t to android 4.1.2 and Now there are many problems:

  1. The battery drain is just mental, it only lasts me a day, whereas with android 4.0.4 it used to last me over 2 days easily
  2. The 'improved' walkman app is just plain rubbish, most of the time when you are listening to a playlist it just will not go onto the next track. You have to press the power button for it to play the next track
  3. The 'smoother' interface in now so rubbish, the is quite a bit of lag in the swipe of the homescreens, whereas with android 4.0.4 it was silky smooth

Can someone please help me?????

I was a click away from buying the phone...but all these messages about a not long-lasting battery made me walk away

Are these problem for real? I mean, most of the smartphones drain their buttery quite fast, don't they?

In most of the commercial you read about autonomy of 12 hour (or a day)...

Also, the idea of not having a support phone anymore just after 1 year is worrying...what  the other smartphonemanufacturers  are promising/delivering?

Thank you for your attention.

...well...i guess I answered my questin by myself: all the smartphones, if used as smartphone, drain the battery quite fast.

Here is a thread on the Appple IPhone..., for example..

It could still get better if sony have thought about the battery inside.. have speaken to many friends now, and all they say that putting a 1850mAh accu on 2 cores device is ridiculus. All dual core phones on the market have at least 2350 mAh batteries to keep up with two processor cores and high power graphic cards, like Galaxy s3 or LG L7. No system upgrade would fix little battery capacity even stamina, or no power function. Sad but true.
