I bought a xperia sp c5302 abt 10 days ago. last night I realised da notification tones were not playing. on furthr examination I found out even da mp3s n videos were playing wdout sound! only thing dat ws working ws da ringtone wn sm1 cld! can I 1 hlp?

mostly s/w problem. try plug unplug method. push earphones deeper n remove. 2-3 times
