Xperia P album(gallery) not opening

Hi,

i brought "xperia p "phone week ago.today i updated to ICS.however me facing problem.Album(gallery) is not opening after ICS update.Please help how to solve the problem .i tried to restarting phone many times but didnt help.

guys i live in Sudan and in this country there is a cultural stricktation on google play , i used the VPN faker and i tryed my best to find any solution for the Album black screen issue , still nothing so please Aony Support team link me with a solution to fix up my whole phone 

to enhance the battary and fix the album

settings/apps/all/album , clear data >  it prompted all this apps data will be permanently deleted inclules files etc..

As i got nothing to lose, i proceeded , kudos it work. My wife is smiling now.(the phone belong to her.)

Thanks my problem resolved.. After I clear chace and all data of album from settings menu...

Just clear the cache and data from album app and restart the phone. It worked for me
