Xperia L WiFi Problem. Pls help!!!

MY XPERIA L DOES NOT TURN ON THE WIFI SO PLZzZ HELP ME THAT THIS IS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM OR HARDWARE, AND HOW I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.......PLease HELP?

Force restart your device(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).See if it works after.

Are you sure it does not turn on wifi?Settings-wifi-turn it on.Do you have a wireless network to connect to?

yes i have wifi connection, but do not turn on wifi in my mobile. some times turn on but always not on.

After you turn on wifi,you will not notice it if you do not have a wireless network.That way it connects to it.But you could try a repair via sony update service:
