I recommend that you first try your phone in safe mode to see if this might be caused by one of your apps. See this thread for information on safe mode: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008
If this also happens in safe mode i recommend that you make a repair of the phone software using a computer and Update Service.
If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
