WIFI ISSUES

ALL I ASK FOR IS A PHONE IN WHERE MY WIFI WORKS!!!!!!!!!! ITS NOT EVEN HARD! THE MOST BASIC OF PHONES BEFORE THIS ONE COULD MANAGE IT!!

Seeing as Sony continually ignore this problem, Does anyone have any solutions as to how I can increase range?
Please dont tell me to factory reset, blah blah, tried all this. If you're going to get technical, can you put it in layman's terms? I've heard people have been able to root their phones or something to improve wifi range?

Any help would be great..thanks

I do not think range can be improved,wifi being a piece of hardware in the end,which has its limitations.But I suggest contacting sony,maybe they can help you.Or you can visit a nearby sony center:

Since posting this message, I've had so many more problems..
If you're thinking of buying this, just think again..honestly. Nothing more than stress. I'm only 5 months into my 2 year contract as well. Should just sell it for parts, cos that's all its good for..but even then i'm not sure it's even good for that! Feel so let down by Sony..should have just gone with the masses and opted for a samsung or iphone.
