Just wanted to know if anyone was experiencing the same sort of problems that I have with my SP? Seen a number of problems but no direct solutions.. A lot of these problems have come about since the android jellybean update.
Firstly -
Screen Glitches
Whenever I presss the power button to turn my screen on - sometimes the screen will just stay black and I'll have to press the power button several times before the lock screen will appear again..very annoying
Secondly, When I'm on the phone sometimes, the screen blacks out completely. So if someone doesnt answer my call, and it goes to voicemail, I cant see anything on my screen to end the call, and end up leaving a long voicemail of nothing. Because you can pull out the battery or anything either, there's pretty much nothing you can do.

Wifi Issues
The Wifi range is so bad!! My last phone was a HTC Desire S and the wifi range on that was pretty strong. With my SP it constantly disconnects for no reason and takes ages to reconnect - no idea why. Have since downloaded a wifi booster app..seems to be improving it slightly, but not 100% sure as I haven't had it long.
Thirdly -
Vibration and Light Effects
The vibration on the phone is pretty weak. There is also no way of increasing or decreasing the strength which I found very strange. I had to download an app to alter the vibration, and while it hasnt been able to increase the strength, it allows it to vibrate for longer so I'm aware of when I have messages or a call.
In regards to the light effects, before the jellybean update - it used to glow in a really cool way whenever I had a message or a missed call. After the update, it just blinks - and this is only if its not on stamina mode. Again had to download an app to get the cool glowing light effect again. I really don't understand why I'm having to download so many apps for basic functions a phone should have!!! One of the reasons I chose this phone was because of the cool light effects (girly i know!) but there is literally no point if the light effects don't even work!

Youtube on Chrome
I'm not really sure if my phone was just being temperemental that day, but I was watching embedded youtube videos on a page link on Goggle Chrome rather than the youtube app, and after about 1 minute of the song each time, Google Chrome would just shut down and I would be returned to my home page. any ideas why?
I've listed a number of issues, but I really dont think I'm asking for much, as all of these were a non issue on my old phone which was nowhere near as advanced as this one! I'm really hoping there's going to be another system update that fixes these, because I'm stuck on a 2 year contract in which was meant to be an UPGRADE from my Desire S and at the moment, I'm really disappointed in this phone! i love Sony, but kinda wondering whether I should have gotten an S3..
Is anyone else having the same problems? If someone at Sony could tell me whether these problems are being addressed or whether there are anyways of improving it - that would be wonderful.
