walkman clearing data issue

hi,
I would be glad if someone here could tell me that whether clearing data by going to settings>walkman>clear data will erase all the downloaded album art and track info. via feature " download music info"??

hmmm..ok I have one more problem also the option of "shuffle" is not working it keeps on repeating songs a playlist in a sequential manner..nothing randomness is seen while listening to music..any solution??

That's odd, just clear data/cache and check again

well in that case I wil be losing all my album arts and tracks info. I dnt want to download it again and again.... 😕

Did you try force restart your phone?maybe it work

by switching it off and turn it back on or by pinning the round button at the back of the motherboard?
