Yes, I rebooted the phone, but it did not help. This problem started immediately after buying the phone. All other applications are working.

I suggest you download, install and run Update Service.

Use this software to either update or reinstall the software since something seems to be not working with the software. The pre-loaded apps should of course work and doing this will hopefully make sure they all do so.

Unfortunately, reinstalling the software did not help. Pre-application Opera Mini still does not start.

Sorry to hear that. Since this did not help you need to hand in the phone to a service center for examination and repair.
