Hi all,

I just upgraded to 4.3 and tried to download new themes by going to Settings - Personalisation - Themes and then tapping the +.

Was directed to Sony Select but the error msg popped up saying 'No network connection'. This despite me being tapped onto Wifi. Same error occurs even in LTE connection. My data connection is fine, no problem with other apps like Facebook, twitter, browser etc.

Anyone else experiencing same prob and how to solve it? Is it a prob with Sony server or do I have to factory reset / repair my phone? The new themes are the main reason for my upgrade so to not be able to access Sony Select to d/l it is quite a bummer

Have you tried clearing data?It might not be available in all countries.

I too have the same problem with my Xperia Z and I was so eager to try new camera apps and themes.
I contacted Sony on this. Seems like they are having the service temporally down. But I wonder how much time they really meant by the word temporally.

But folks for now we can't wait right? So until it back on live try these. :smileysmileywink:
