"Media not found"

I recently used the transfer to Sd card software found in the settings.

Now, I can see the preview but cannot see the actual picture. I tried to open the file from the file explorer but to no avail.

Any ideas please? This is freaking me out now.

also, I set the camera to store images taken directly onto the card ((not the internal storage) and it's saying cannot save picture.

There could be something wrong with your sd card.Try to remove it,reinsert it after.See how it goes.

Hi Alex. Thanks for your quick reply. I removed it and restarted, I unmounted then restarted, I installed es explorer and finally I resorted to the forum.

So nothing helps you?What about if you go to settings-apps-all-media storage,clear data and restart the phone?
