SONY XPERIA U TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEM

My 3 weeks old sony xperia u has started to lag a bit

and the touch screen has lost responsiveness!!

typing is very difficult now

please help!!

seems like it's a common problem for Xperia U

my phone's touch screen doesn't work on the right hand side, so i bring it to Sony service center, they told me (after doing a software fix) that it's a hardware problem and to leave the phone there for about 4 weeks to have it repaired

but, today, after 40 freakin' days my phone still has not been repaired due to "lack of spare part" with no estimated date of completion

i can't believe this, how come Sony doesn't have spare part for such a common problem?

shame on you Sony.....

I have waited my phone for 4 weeks, tomorrow I`ll get it.

Was very surprised, when they said that there is no spare parts, and I must wait.

I live in Ukraine, and by our laws the warranty repair must be done in 14 days, unless client has been said that he can wait longer. So, they using come tricks like poor-visible text, like "repair may last longer, if there is a problem with spare parts", and you sign it.... But what we can do?... just wait

By the other side, with android 2.3.7 the phone is great.

My Country's Service Center told me i should pay 100$ for change my phone's Touch Screen !!! whyyyyyyyyy ?! I bought a Xperia U with a international warranty,why should i pay for it ???

Hi, In my mobile TouchFWTools.apk file is not install. How can i install this file.

My mobile version is 2.3.7

How to solve touch screen problem. Is there any other solution for this pls help me.

If your phone is under warranty services,just go to nearest SONY Service center,some of them has a hardware problems and you should change the Touch Screen

Did you update it in officially way ?! (SONY Update Service or PC Campanion i mean)
If you updated it in Officially way,you shouldn't be worry at all ! Go to nearest SONY Service Center to fix your phone.
If you Flash your phone with Flashtools,It depends on your Country's SONY Service's Law.
