A problem with my USB

Hello.

i have a problem with my Original sony usb.

my mobile is sony Xperia M. and everything was okay then one day i tried to charge my mobile and it didn't want to charge.

i tried to connect my mobile with the usb to my combuter and it showed me this.

 

I have no idea whats wrong..

Is the problem in my phone or its in the usb cable?

I have. and i tried to use the repair tool and nothing changed

If you know how connect your phone to your Pc and check device manager to see if there is an error or corrupt driver and if there is then right click it and choose uninstall then right click and scan for new hardware

Also check developer options on your phone and select USB debugging either turn it on if it's off or vice versa

I used an old USB i found and it just worked normally, does that mean that the problem is from my usb?

if it was the usb problem, why my brother's phone (Xperia Miro) use it normally with no problems?

Try booting your phone to safe mode and see if it connects with the PC
