hi, i received present from ch, orange sony xperia u, sadly its locked and i cannot use phone here in my country, can i get codes for unlocking, thanks

that's not up to Sony to unlock the phone but the carrier.

as you can see it is locked to a carrier

it should be all 0s if it was Sim free.

the question is where did you bought this phone? was it from a carrier as a contract free phone?
