I updated my Xperia E using the Sony PC companion. The update process was completed successfully and I was asked to remove the battery, and turn ON the phone again after removing the cable.

I tried that but my phone shows only Sony on the screen and no activity after that. This continued for hours and finally I had to take off the  battery.

Any fix for this issue? Please help.
