Problem with xperia j

I have xperia j but the touch screen hang many times a day, i cant pick my calls or i am unable to draw a pattens or swipe the screen. I use my phone without memory card and I also upgrade my phone software, but the problem is the same...very bad experience with Sony..

My phone also have touch problem. now i use slide screen lock to lock my phone.because Patterns is not work correctly. what am i do now??

and when i touch smething it is take more time 2 open

Hey Guys how are u all i would like to share a problem which i am facing with sony xperia j sometime after receiving a call the touch sound and when i play song the sound is too low which i can't even hear it just seems there is sound but ver low first time i thought the volume has been decreased automatically but the volume is full still don't know what's going on ever what app sound there is a very low beef only

Hi, I'm having same issues just yesterday. The touch screen is malfunctioning, I cannot even unlock my phone using the pattern lock, and even navigating inside the phone seems nearly impossible and its really annoying. I just bought my Xperia J a month ago.

I tried reading several forums and tried the two most common suggestions:

1. UPDATE THE PHONE TO THE LATEST FIRMWARE. After the software update, there's not much significant changes. Screen response is still laggy, though there's a little bit improvement in the touch screen. But not much changes.

2. USING THE CALIBRATING APK. I tried downloading the app and then installed using MobileGo (i tried installing in the internal/external), but when I tried running the app after the installation, it returns an error saying that the app stopped working. I also tried restarting the phone after the installation was finished, but still no luck. Am I missing something?

So, in the end, my problem wasn't solved by these two "solutions" that seemed to worked for everyone.
