Problem with xperia j

I have xperia j but the touch screen hang many times a day, i cant pick my calls or i am unable to draw a pattens or swipe the screen. I use my phone without memory card and I also upgrade my phone software, but the problem is the same...very bad experience with Sony..

Try reset setting your phone and if the problem still happen, try to take off the battery and place it back into your phone.

I have the latest update in my xperia J which is 11.0.A.7.5 but the issue of the phone hanging still persist. it very annoying? is Sony aware of this issue and if yes is there anything sony is doing to solve this ?

The problem of touch screen hang still persist after the latest update. I have to power off and the again power on everytime when this happens, only then it works normally until the screen hangs again ..

Its there a solution for this ?

I have downloaded the apk file in my PC and saved it in the internal storage of the phone. I am not sure how to install this ?
