phone not booting up

hi,my phone went into melt down,messages flashing up,were whats app shutting down,get jar shutting down etc etc,phone then died,ive put on charge,turned on,xperia comes on screen,followed by 3 network sign,screen then goes blank,and xperria comes back followed by 3 etc etc etc etc,and wont boot up past xperia and 3 network sign,

please help

Connect to wall charger,charge for 1-2 hours,force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

thanks,but phone needed a system restore,did it with sonys help.
