Microphone problem with messenger not calling

Hi,

I have got problems with microphone - everything is ok (I can call and everybody can hear me), but using settings/phone informations/ diagnostics / test I can not record comething. Also I can not use recording on Messenger, make any records on dictaphone or use google maps with voice recorder.

What is wrong and how can I fix it?

Is it problem with microphone or only software mistake?

I have got this problem on 2 Sony Xperia Z1. Only in one there is no problem with that.

I suggest you try to boot the problematic device in safe mode,see if the same occurs:

In Safe mode test is ok, but on Messenger and other programs I still can not record.

What shoul I do now?
