Media Go & itunes importing

Hi,

When you import your itunes music into Media Go, does Media Go duplicate the files or just reference them from itunes?

Reference only, unless they need to be transcoded and you've chosen to pre-transcode your library.

You can choose either of two options; Media Go will import music into it's own library and manage it, or reference a location like iTunes.

I too have an import problem. Media go has only imported around half of the music I have in iTunes. I am aware that Media. Go will not import music that is DRM protected but all my music is ripped from Cds that I own and just want to transfer to my my phone. Any ideas. I'm at the point on uninstalling.
