low call volume when using loud speaker

Hi

I am having trouble with the call volume when using the louspeaker.

Seems to only use 1 of the 2 speakers?

I have tweaked the all the setting including the equalizer which has improved the head phone volume but had no effect on the loudspeaker.  When talking normaly the volume is ok but could also be louder

does anyone have any ideas

Yeah.. that update has been installed to my phone all the time..

• • Enhanced audio volume in notifications and ringtones
  • Fine-tuned audio for speakerphone

But still the speakerphone volume is too low , as many of us has mentioned!

Please do something- fast.. update which have enhanced volume level for speakerphone also.

Yes the same mistake after update and Navigation is not useable the voice is too poor at every Navigation-Software

Had the same problem this afternoon, but after I fiddle arrow and charged it. The top speaker when on when I made a call. So maybe it is some fancy power saving thing? My phone had about 40% battery left when I find out the problem, and it is 70% when I find it back to normal. I will try to test it more to see if low battery is really the reason. Incas it wasn't I also use the diagnostic function. Hope this help who ever run into this problem

Hi guys, I've had the same issues and I also have the latest update. However I have just installed via play store a 'volume booster' app which has helped. Although I have not tried my loud speaker in the car yet but seems louder when I tested it at home. Fingers crossed it's sorted coz I love my new Moby.

+1 with low sound volume while using speaker. Love this phone but I think I will change it for samsung or xiaomi couse of this problem. Pls give us option to use bouth speakers while we are using speakerphone, better echo than not to hear caller at all

And one advice, please make z4c with and witouth waterproof abbility, I dont need same, just need louder volume. Tnx for youre time!

I have the same issue with my Z3C louspeaker on a call is useless cant hearwhat other person is saying.

I hope sony will listen to our problem and fix this problem in next update or otherwise I need to change my  phone.
