Hi

I am having trouble with the call volume when using the louspeaker.

Seems to only use 1 of the 2 speakers?

I have tweaked the all the setting including the equalizer which has improved the head phone volume but had no effect on the loudspeaker. When talking normaly the volume is ok but could also be louder

does anyone have any ideas

low loudspeaker volume.

i would like to know when will the upgrade relase?

second thing,

i think also the volum when having calls, without using the loudspeaker, is also low.

can u please fix this also?

I have exactly the same problem ! Unbelievable that this kind of phone have such problems..

I really hope that Sony will repair that issue soon !!!!!!

Hello,

i bought last week a new Xperia z3c model n.5803.

So far i have to edmit that the phone is not amazing, and he has some weekness that not feet with a "flagship" model.

Most the things that bother me are feet with his sound qulitiy:

1:Loud Speakers Volume

The loud speakers volume are really shame for this phone. They are soooo low that its like they are not even exisest.

I cant use them while driving and i cant even use them in my houme.

For a phone that cost me 520$ its really not fair.

If their is any program update that can fix this, i will expect Sony to lounch it quickly as possible, and not wait to the Lollipop upgrade!

2: Call volume

Even without using loudspeakers, the volume when having calls is also low.

Its not that low volume like the loudspeakers one but its also not at the level of "flagship" model.

Its really hard to have calls when outside at the street.

3. Notification And Ringing Volume

Well, the volume its ok BUT its not at the level of others flagship models around like Glaxy s5, LG G3, Iphone 5,6...

Sony,

I really request to know if those problem are fixable.

We pay alot of money to have a phone without those kind of problems.

My Z3 call volume is very low either to my ear or on speaker. Music, and videos are fine, it's just the call volume which means it's a software easy upgrade and not a problem with the actual speakers.
Come on Sony...

It's not the solutions if You put Your head to the bush and stay silent !!!!!

Shame on You... So expensive phone and such irritating problems - and the support doesn't even bother to answer and to make corrective updates..

just bought a Z3 compact and I am facing the same problem as you all are facing the LOW LOUDSPEAKER volume and its annoying when you are talking to someone on loadspeaker while driving.

Plus the ringtone is very low compared to what I am use to(Iphone 5s) and i do miss some calls becuase of it when I am watching tv mostly, I checked every tweak to increase it but its not worth it as z3 only uses 1 speaker to play the ringtone.

I hope sony do fix it in next update

I hope this is just software related because the volume on phone call speaker phone is way too low to be useful.

Sony please release an update to fix this!
