low call volume when using loud speaker

Hi

I am having trouble with the call volume when using the louspeaker.

Seems to only use 1 of the 2 speakers?

I have tweaked the all the setting including the equalizer which has improved the head phone volume but had no effect on the loudspeaker.  When talking normaly the volume is ok but could also be louder

does anyone have any ideas

Just to tell to all that on z5c is the same story; only lower speaker woarks when phone ringing, and while using a speaker!...but  sound is a bit louder and much more clear.

I can't hear anything from.Skype calls in the car.

I've got z3c and its been replaced by Sony due this problem. Just to confirm it was low on official lollipop and now it's a little louder on Marshmallow but not much. This is not really a fault as such it's just low volume. I also have Samsung and windows phones both put Sony to shame in this regard. However media volume comes out louder so why it just in call audio output/hands free. Sony are u going to turn these volumes up? Seems like there's lots of folk with same issue

it would be a better idea to have the upper speaker working than the lower one when talking on speaker. easier to hear

Reading all the posts concerning this low volume issue this has been a problem since bought over a year ago. With the latest software and patches installed why is this still is not fixed. A Sony fan for years this is the worst phone had! hansfree is a joke, even the car kit can't boost speech volume sufficiently and boost apps just make everything clip or distort.

Any additional advise welcome? Sony, "admit defeat or sort this out so I can either keep or get rid!!"
