I can not update to android 4

Hello to everyone, I have some problem updating to android 4. I have an arc s phone with SI: 1254-0795, when I connect my phone to the pc, pc companion pop up a message saying that there is android 4 available for my phone...I follow all the steps and when I plag the usb cable pressing the back key, a new message pop up saying that there is no update available.!?!?! I tried with update service with the same result...I am doing something wrong or there is no update available for my phone yet ?

unfortunately no luck with another pc...I tried with pc companion and with update service!

Strange .... what if you proceed with Software Repair? Just a thought ....
