Not Charging

Hi.I have bought Sony Xperia Mini 10 two months ago.But know it's not working properly.It's not charging,I'm also tried usb cable,and there's an exception.If I apply a  much force to my cable it's working.So I can't understand,where is the problem? Telephone or cable?

Hi, do you mean that you need to push USB cable further in to get it charged? If this is the case, suspect the phone USB port is faulty. You need to get it fixed in the Service Centre.
