How to Update Xperia SL via Sony PC Companion ??

hi,

i have been trying to updateto JB through pc companion, but my cell phone is not detecting by PC Companion at the third stage...

when it says that remove the USB cable and power off the device and press the volume down key while connecting the USB again. but its not detecting the phone in this process.

please suggest and help.

Mine does this sometimes just try it a second time and it'll show up don't restart program or anything just plug it in again

Hi there,

Make sure that the phone is turned off. Also press and hold the volume down button a few minutes after you have connected the phone to the PC.

Try to connect your phone to another USB-port on your PC.

If the problem persists, I recommend that you reinstall PC Companion. Restart your phone and your PC.
