Flashing blue screen in Movies folder

Hello,

I am not sure, if anyone noticed this problem or not.

When i tab on MOVIES folder and hold the phone Vertically, a blue screen will keep flashing.

If I move my phone Horizontally, It is not.

Same here.try seeng a tv chanel online and will freez till restarts

Hi,

Even i have the same Problem on my Xperia V, I think it started after the update to 4.3 , I also noticed that its flashing only if u have recent video perview ON and in vertical position only.

If u tick "hide recent videos" from movie folder settings its fine.

Please update if u'll have any other solution to fix this issue.

Yes, keep only the videos what was filmed with your phone.

Yah, I had the same problem and I fixed it. Frist of all try this, settings-->display-->brightness-->adapt to light conditions turn it off. If your problem persist then go to settings-->App-->all App-->movie, then clear data and chache then force stop. Restart your phone hope it will fix your problem.

Also facing the same issue...... I reinstalled my whole entire OS 4.3 with Sony companion but still blue screen error is there...... 😞

Xperia team must take some action and should give an update to movie app.

Destroyed my whole entire Sunday after this problem. Reinstalled OS form Sony PC companion, lost my apps and settings.....But still having this problem.  Sony's Xperia team should consider this problem and give xperia users an update as soon as possible. It is very disappointing and a shame.

Disable hardware Overlays in developer options. This will solve the problem for now...

I have disabled the hw overlays i made repair with bout sus and pc companion i even made a fresh reinstall of the os but still flashing blue screen in movies and what is worst for me it flashes on facebook clips and i cant open any online tv channel inless i duet with bsplayer mxplayer.when trying to play online channels i onli got sound and it freezes my phone it won't take no comand and eventually it restarts or i haw to force it restart.in my opinion lot's of xperias t users who got this last update have this bug but thei dont know because they don't use this function's sow much,something should be done by sony,maybe un update!?
