I suspect your operator could have made some changes so a good start would be to download internet settings again. Go to settings-more-download internet settings.

By Network he is referring to the network carrier you use to be able to make calls, send text messages etc.
When you do the download of settings, just make sure to choose that network carrier.
I am facing the same problem and tried everything but still no positive results. I am using a Vodafone connection from India
First contact your operator and check if they have activated your data plan.
If so, as suggested earlier, try downloading the network settings again. Also play around with the 4G/3G only function to see if u can get something.
If you still fail to get mobile data connection, factory reset your phone and start from there.

Hi.I have the same problem too! I live in Russia,operator Beeline.I tried everything too.No positives results.
I had a hard time with data too, even know it works with T-mobile, very poor signal!
Mine is a E6653, supposed to work well with cat6
