Exchange Email problem

New Xperia Z1 phone, Zimbra Exchange Email Account. Emails get downloaded, but no text is shown when opening mails.

It works perfectly on Xperia Z tablet!

Changed my phone from Nexus 4 to Sony Xperia Z1 a week ago and has not been able to read email from corporate server since then. I can receive and see the email's title but not the content.

The android stock mail app ran perfectly on Nexus 4 using the same settings.

I had to install a third part mail app to see the contents of the email. Using Aqua mail now.

I am unable to sync properly to the Corporate email exchange using Activesync. The mail client only downloads some of the emails. If I am lucky then I will be able to read the contents of the downloaded email.

There are many threads discussing this issue but with no proper solution. The only solution that I found requires me to root the phone and install email.ask.

I have used many IOS, Android and Windows phone but unfortunately only Sony xperia z1 has this problem. I hope that your experts can relook into this problem and fix it.

Same problem with Xperia Z now after update to 4.3... Hoped it will be fixed with the 4.3 update for Z1, but if it does not work on Z on the newest update...

The notification sound when there is incoming email still exist when you are talking on the phone, it is very irritating to have the sound.

Can we have the option to turn it off since Samsung smartphones have that option in their phone.

Now that I have updated my Sony XPERIA Tablet Z to 4.3, I have therefore the same mistake.

So I got the error now on my Sony XPERIA Z, XPERIA Z1, XPERIA Z1 compact, XPERIA Ultra and XPERIA Tablet Z. The complete Z series with Android 4.3 is concerned.

I look at my mail Exchange account that you just checked the error. When can I or we can expect a correction / fix / update?
