Exchange Email problem

New Xperia Z1 phone, Zimbra Exchange Email Account. Emails get downloaded, but no text is shown when opening mails.

It works perfectly on Xperia Z tablet!

If it's attached as a file you should have a button that says "Load" next to the filename below the subject.

If the picture is included in the email you will instead have a button that says "Show pictures" below the subject.

If it doesn't work, try taking a screenshot in the phone and then send that screenshot using email to your own email address from the phone and see if you can see that picture.

Yes, Z1 keep open connection when you are in exchange active sync mail... Drain battery incredible speed even device cannot be charged or very slow, heat up... I reset to factory default it worked fine limited time but then turned to the same...

I think this is not related to exchange policy, I used htc one x, note 2, there was no prob

The 14.2.A.0.290 update fixed it for me and Mdaemon.

I have similar issue with Groupwise.
The inbox shows the number of unread email but display no mail
Notification works fine. Just dont see any content.
I can send email out.

I used to use it with iphone and worked fine. Tried on SamSung device and work fine as well. It has to be Sonys setting.

I am now using the Groupwise app for email but the app is terrible --- slow and require network. I am so wanting to use the built in app.

HELLO Richard, being having same issue with my Sony Xperia z, can't setup my corporate email on exchange active sync. It worked fine for q few weeks when I got the phone in August, but ever since then I haven't been able to set it up again.

How do fix this?
Will and upgrade to andriod 4.3 or 4.4 resolve this? As . Drilling on andriod 4.2.2.

Also noted I can configure my email on an HTC desire Xrunning 4.2.1 and seems before I upgraded from 4.2.1 to 4.2.2, I was fine.
