Error Downloading Apps

Everytime I download an app, it downloads for 2 mins they it says error 495 but this only on mobile data it works on Wi-Fi

What do you mean by network coverage and how do I know if it is good or bad

I am talking about signal,network signal. The bars near the battery.You can also check them in settings-about phone-status.

Well it is pretty fast most of the time I never complained about it

In this case,you should either contact your network or a sony service.
