Error Downloading Apps

Everytime I download an app, it downloads for 2 mins they it says error 495 but this only on mobile data it works on Wi-Fi

Settings-apps,how much free space do you have in downloaded (phone memory)? Not internal storage.

It still should be enough. So this occurs in mobile data only?

Yes I downloaded some apps with Wi-Fi but I can't do that in mobile data

Is your network coverage good?

If you are on 2G/Edge or with poor network coverage that could be the issue
