Hi arnab ! I am new to cloud and not used it. so can you tell

1) If I upload say 100 MB to cloud can i download it on another computer(not on phone)

2) Is it necessary to upload to cloud from phone ?

3) can I use a computer tethered to phone to upload to the cloud ?
