random pictures stored in 100andro folder cannot be found

Previously I have all my pictures incl my old pictures from old SE phone stored in this 100Andro folder & i can view them thru the gallery.

Recently, I think after a few updates incl the "Astro FileManager" update, random pictures stored in 100andro folder cannot be found. When I open the SD card folder from PC, I saw the missing pictures in the Thumbnails folder but shown upas thumbnails instead the original jpg.

How to revert those missing pictures (not thumbnails) back to the gallery (100andro)? Please help... Thanks!!

are the pictures on the 100Andro folder? or just thumbnails? were the pictures stored in the 100Andro? perhaps the pictures were replaced by new pictures

The pictures were all previously stored in 100Andro folder (original actual pictures) but most of the pictures just disappeared. While the "disappeared pictures" are found in another folder "Thumbnails", where those pictures are of smaller file size (as they are just thumbnails not the actual pictures)

I believe the pictures are still inside the SD card as the total file size of my SD card still remains the same.

I would like to know where to find the "disappeared pictures"?

and how to make them show up in the 100Andro so that I can view them through the Xperia Gallery again?

you should copy those thumbnail pictures on your computer as they will be gone too, what were the name of those pictures, do you have new pictures with the same name on the 100Andro, most likely, as I said they were replaced by new pictures, if so they are gone forever.

I managed to find the "missing" pictures.

When I insert my SD card direct to my computer, they are all there (DCIM> 100 Andro).

But somehow if I open though my phone connected to my computer, they are missing.

I wonder what has happened that the "missing" pictures are not shown in my phone or when plug in through my phone to computer.

Can anyone help or advise so that I can see those "missing" pictures again from my phone?
