Hi there,

i woke up that morning and after i drank my coffee i checked my battery-process in battery options.

I saw, that my Z3 was shutted down by itself and it costs 10% battery-life!

Does the Z3 do some optimize processes some nights?

I dont understand it.

Moreover as you can see in the picture, is wlan wile that shutdown active!

11 pm - 2 am was the selfshutdown. Thats the best i can guess from the picture.

Someone can help me?

I would say keep a log w/ the screenshots and contact your Local support

Looks like the same random reboots me and other people are getting. This seems to be a widespread issue, I'm starting to think that every z3 is affected but only a few more attentive users notice it. It has been going on for multiple firmware updates too. Sony should really investigate this issue, but alas, they remain silent.

If your retailer allows it, I recommend returning the phone and getting another brand.

By the way, uliwooly, to recreate the issue all you have to do is use the phone normally and monitor the system incidents in diagnostics and the battery graph. Use your phone for 10 days or so WITHOUT EVER REBOOTING IT MANUALLY, and keep checking the diagnostics, it will surely reboot during that time. If it doesn't reboot once in ten days, post a screenshot demonstrating you went 10 days without a reboot.
