Audio Jack 3.5 mm Problem

I have just bought an Xperia Z2 and i'm facing a problem when i try to connect any headset through the Audio Jack 3.5 mm port where its not connecting and if rotate it or try to push it works for seconed then disconect again and turn of the music even with the earphones came with it. whats the problem?

I think you should take it back to where you bought it and show them, they'll most likely replace your phone

You may also want to try clearing the headphone jack out gently with a cotton tip.

i already cleaned it but still the same problem !!

Ok, please also try this before looking at returning it: Main Menu > Settings > Apps > Smartconnect > Clear Data.
