Some time, when call is end, display is not turn on. Also display not turn off when I talk and phone placed near ear. Phone work correctly after reboot. How fix it?

Phone does not switch to safe mode/

1). Press and hold the on/off key until you get this screen.

It's OK

2). Now tap and hold the Power off option until you see this screen.

It's NOT OK

After some time i've same screen as part 1).

You should look for task killers,battery savers etc.Think of what you have installed lately.
