Xperia X double tap to wake up issue

I am Xperia X owner and current build version is 34.3.A.0.217. I have issue regarding double tap to wake up and it is present since many updates, many updates received but this issue still not fixed. It requires many attempts to wake up. It is not working like double tap to sleep.

Tempered sp massively reduces DTTW  feature. 

Can't really blame that one on manufacturer. 

On clean install without tempered sp, works great.
