I dropped my mini :smileysad::smileycry::smileycry::smileycry: the glass is broken, but i still can use the phone, what can i do to get it repair???? how do i know that i have warranty or not on it? Does the warranty cover the glass?? what is the difference between the authorized sony repair shop and the repiar shop? pls help!!!

your warranty doesn't cover this, but you can take it to a sony repair center, and they can fix it

if you take it to some other place or if you repair it yourself, your warranty will be voided

After the 3rd min it seems to hard for me.... i can build a furniture but i can not fix this phone. how do i know which one is sony repair center? how much is it the repair the glass, do you know?

i asked customer service and he told me, there is just only one sony repair facility, and it is in Bloomington, Indiana. i should sent my phone to indiana, and maybe they can repair it for $185 or not and i have to pay $25 for the evaluation....

yeah it's a shame here in the US that there's only one service center, if I were you I would do it myself but $185 can buy you 2 Xperia Ion with AT&T

you are right... why do they have just one repair center? for that huge country? i doesn't make sense... i have to try to do it myself... it costs just $39 and some scary hours that i ruin it more... the video is not about my modell, that is an older one , on my phone the menu button and the back button are not really buttons, they are the part of the touch screen. Is it any difference inside the phone or how do i need to replace the screen?

Could you find me a video where they disassemble a mini pro. i can not find any.
