Screen problem

Hi,

Im not sure what is happening to my ray. The screen somehow has problem with pixel, there is a bar appear on top of the screen (as pic attached.)

Can anyone help me with this? What is the problem actually.. Tq

settings > developer options > uncheck pointer location
